So as usual I am back to my blog after ages. I had to literally push myself to get back to blogging. I have been feeling extremely lazy to sit down and write. As you all know I started my Youtube channel, and oh boy, shooting the video, editing it and then uploading on different platforms is a task in itself. So what got neglected was my Blog.
With the Covid19 Pandemic taking the world by surprise, there were lockdowns in most of the countries. What happened in these lockdowns was that everybody got back to cooking, and cooking stuff that they earlier ordered from restaurants. In all of this, we (alteast I did) got carried away and our diets went for a toss.
Its time we undo the effects of this lockdown, and introduce some healthy, nutritious food to our diets. I know Choley Bhaturey, parantha, Dal Makhni, Butter Chicken , Jalebi, Cake all sound too tempting, but hey we have already had our share of those, and no harm in eating healthy for a few weeks.
I don’t claim to be a nutritionist, neither am I a professional Chef, but I do know a few things about Healthy eating and what is right & required for our bodies.
So in the coming weeks, I will be sharing a few recipes everyday, which are simple & nutritious. It can be a beautiful bowl of Chia Pudding, a glass of smoothie, a light upma or a healthy curry. Lets make eating healthy fun & GET FIT.
