Ever find yourself with left over boiled rice and wanna just jazz them up for a new meal!

One of my favourite ways to use leftover rice is by making super super easy and quick Lemon Rice! They are super yumm and my take on them omits the chana dal and peanuts that a few people add! I like them without a crunch!

Lemon Rice

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Oil
    1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
    a pinch of Asafoetida / Hing
    2 cup Boiled Rice
    juice of 1 Lemon
    Salt to taste
  • How to Make It
    1. Heat Oil in a pan.
      Add in all the ingredients to the oil and mix well.
      Serve Hot!
